To prep for the arrival of AlmaLinux 9, I'm using this CS9 mock chroot to
compile some el9 tools not usually available.

The repo tree is named, cs-dev-9-x86_64, after the mock chroot used to build it.

To use our mock config, cs-dev-9-x86_64.cfg, 
mkdir ~/.config/mock

then cp the two *.cfg there. Adjust with your details, especially mailing address.

Its good practice to use a custom config in ~/.config/mock based on
/etc/mock/centos-stream-9-x86_64.cfg and renamed.

To use our repo, copy the *.repo lines into your cs9 mock config, which I've already
done in repo-extra-stream9.cfg
